Site & viability analysis
We analyse the catchment for your candidate site and model the right number of courts, the investment required, and payback scenarios — from our own centre's real numbers.
FRANCHISE
Padel Society is not a consultancy. We built the centre, filled it with members, ran the leagues, and operate the app and the equipment distribution ourselves. We've turned that whole process into a system and hand it over intact.
MARKET TIMING
The fastest-growing racket sport in the world, in a Korean market where supply still falls short of demand. Here are the numbers.
30M+
Padel players worldwide
Padel is the fastest-growing racket sport in the world. It has already overtaken tennis in Spain, and courts are going up rapidly across Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
Early market
Korea is only just starting
There are still very few padel courts in Korea — an early market where supply falls far short of demand. Whoever opens now sets the standard for their area.
4 players · 2 courts
High court turnover
Two padel courts fit in the footprint of one tennis court, and each court holds four players. That structure produces far more revenue per square metre than tennis.
30 minutes
Low barrier, wide audience
Someone who has never held a racket can rally within 30 minutes. That opens it up from 20s–30s looking for something active, to 40s–50s clubs, to juniors.

As NOX's sole Korean distributor we build with regulation court materials and equipment at direct distributor cost. No middleman margin.
We train your coaches and managers through the PSA certification course, and design your opening promotion and first member drive with you.
Court booking, membership, payments, social matches — the Playus app we built ourselves comes with the franchise as your operating system. No separate software cost.
The PSA standard curriculum, the PAR rating system, and the league and tournament playbooks transfer as-is, so you can run academy and league programmes from day one.
The Padel Community on Naver Cafe and cross-location leagues and tournaments give members a reason to keep coming back. This is a community business, not court rental.
Scenario-by-scenario projections from our own centre's data are shared at the business briefing.

WHY PADEL SOCIETY
Centre, academy, app, community, equipment — terms that are only possible because head office runs all five itself.
We build your business case on real numbers from the Gimpo centre — utilisation, average spend, and the revenue mix across programmes.

FAQ
The questions prospective owners ask most. Anything else, just bring it to the consultation.
Yes. Owner onboarding — padel basics plus day-to-day operations — is part of the process, and head office helps you hire and train your first coaches. That said, owners who play themselves do tend to find the community side easier.
Indoors, roughly 200㎡ (20m × 10m) per court plus circulation space, with a ceiling height of 6m or more recommended. Two to three courts is the most common way to start. We'll walk you through outdoor, rooftop and air-dome builds during the consultation.
It varies too much with court count, lease terms and indoor vs outdoor to give one number. At the business briefing we share scenario-by-scenario projections built on our own centre's real data.
Yes, and it's often an advantage. Two padel courts fit in one tennis court's footprint, and your existing membership converts with you. We'll survey the site and quote the conversion.
We're transparent about the franchise fee, construction (supplied direct at distributor cost) and royalty structure during the consultation. The whole thing is designed so head office only does well if the location does.
